My wife saw a large black cat on Thursday morning in a paddock in Kurrajong.
When she first saw it it was side-on, running slowly, then when it reached
some long grass it started "bounding".
She says it was the size of a very big dog, completely black with a shiny coat
and a very long tail. It appeared more feline than canine.

Someone else I know made a similar sighting about 3 weeks ago at the same location.
